To aid and inspire individuals in achieving their health and fitness goals by providing individualized, one on one injury prevention training, injury rehabilitation ans strength and conditioning training.
injury prevention
Many of the injuries we experience are directly or indirectly associated with underlying dysfunction including weakness, hyper/hypo mobility, poor mechanics, fatigue and previous injury. Preventing injury is about knowing what our vulnerabilities are, and addressing these with targeted training and solutions.
injury rehabilitation
Part of my philosophy on injury rehabilitation is that the practitioner and client must work together to achieve a desired goal. This must include reciprocal communication and feedback. This is why I choose to spend 1 hour, one on one with my clients. Empowering the client with knowledge and tools is part of my commitment to helping you restore and rebuild.
training
Whether you are training to lose weight, gain strength, improve your endurance, rebuild after your surgery or prepare for a triathlon, your programming should be specific to your needs and should yield results.
